Kalisa Wade

Kalisa Wade, PSA

Since she was four years old, Kalisa Wade knew she wanted a career in film and television. She spent her younger years in theatre. She graduated with a BA from Southern Methodist University studying Film/TV with a minor in Theatre. She worked on several production sets after graduation holding titles from PA, Production Coordinator, Camera Assistant, to even Producer's Assistant. After spending 4 years working on film and TV sets, she switched to legal video. Kalisa trained and headed up her corporate law trial team for 3 years. Recently she has returned to her two original loves, acting and writing. She has spent many years volunteering in WIF.D, TXMPA, at shelters, and being a part of the TAFTP. Kalisa is now writing scripts in her free time, working as an actress on sets, and doing voice over work for commercials. She is looking forward to growing more in the field and working with Women in Film.Dallas to create inspirational PSA videos to help support our community.
