Bio
Gail Cronauer is a member of SAG-AFTRA, and AEA. She has an MFA in Acting from Case Western Reserve University and decades of professional acting, directing, teaching and coaching experience. She is certified in the Michael Chekhov Technique by the NMCA, Inc. Gail began her Dallas career with the groundbreaking Stage One and has worked at theatres across the DFW metroplex, including Dallas Theater Center, Undermain, Kitchen Dog, WaterTower Theatre, Echo Theatre, Stage West, Shakespeare Dallas, Theatre Three. Career highlights: Lucille in Dividing the Estate at DTC, Maria Callas in Master Class at Lyric Stage, Richard in Richard III (Off-Broadway’s Judith Shakespeare Company).
Film/television credits include: The Vast of Night, One of These Days, Steps of Faith, Occupy, TX, The Newton Boys, Spilt Milk, Walking Tall 2 and 3, Boys Don’t Cry, Carried Away, JFK, Dallas, Revolution. Gail recently retired from 20+ years of teaching at Collin College and now teaches at 1106 Lupo (private studio), Theatre 3 and as a freelance.
