Eligibility: You are eligible to join as a Professional member if you are an active professional in the industry (at least 5 years experience and/or 5 verifiable industry paid credits). You must also have a sponsor who is a WIFD Professional or Corporate member in good standing. Must affirm support of the WIFD mission.
ASSOCIATE: $75 annually

- Eligible to be featured in one of our Spotlight Series
- Opportunity to participate on all committees
- Volunteer for all programs such as our PSA, Chick Flicks Film Festival, & mentorships

Eligibility: You are eligible to join as an Associate member if you are an individual with up to 5 years experience and/or 1 verifiable industry paid credit. Must affirm support of the WIFD mission. Must volunteer 12 hours each calendar year to remain a member in good standing.*
FRIEND: $50 annually
- Free or discounted admission to WIFD screenings
- Network with other industry professionals
Eligibility: You are eligible to join as a Friend if you are an individual who wants to support WIFD and attend screenings.
STUDENT LEVEL: $25 annually
- Free or discounted admission to all WIFD events
- Network with other industry professionals
- Opportunity to participate on all committees
- Volunteer for all programs such as our PSA, Chick Flicks Film Festival & mentorships
- No voting privileges
Eligibility: You are eligible to join as a Student member if you currently attend an accredited institution in a graduate or undergraduate program, with course of study within the screen-based media industries. Must affirm support of the WIFD mission. Must be at least 18 years of age and present verification of enrollment. Must volunteer 12 hours each calendar year to remain a member in good standing.*
*Some of the ways Students and Associates can fulfill volunteer requirement:
- Volunteer at 3 WIFD Events. Tasks may include helping with setup/tear down, filming/photographing event, checking in attendees, etc.)
- Work on the PSA Production (fulfills volunteer requirement 100%)
- Serve on a committee (Membership, Grants & Scholarships, PSA/Production, Programs, Special Programs)
- Work on Flicks by Chicks Film Festival. Tasks may include curating films, designing promotional materials, assisting the day of the festival to check attendees in, etc.
